In Konquerer, if a user is browsing the local file-system and opens a file that is already open in another tab on the window, Konquerer should switch to the existing tab instead of opening the file again.
This will greatly assist people use use Konquerer for programming, as when editing several files sometimes they get re-opened in second or third tabs, causing conflicts as they accidentally save regressive copies of the same file.

Additionally, if a file is already open in kwrite or kate, and it is opened again in a file manager, then the instance that has it open should activate (raise, etc.)
