Reading another brainstorming, I thought that a new kwin effect that slides in&out, from the visible area, the application's windows would be a very handy feature. The effect could be activated with keyboard shortcuts.
Because I'm bad with english, I've done a web page that simulates my idea, where there are for example two shortcut keys configured (hardcoded only for the example of course...): SPACE + 1 and SPACE + 2, configured with two different applications windows; konsole and dolphin in the example.
