There's no reason to preload desktop environment on login screen, because we don't know, which user will select.
We can preload favorites and autostart programs, when user select own face on login screen. By realizing my idea you'll made Firefox starts faster. Preloading of favorites ca be handled after login too.

This can go wrong really fast with risky default settings, a lot of favorites (or maybe even some broken software that has been chosen to preload and will crash the system), and/or a weak computer.
The idea seems interesting enough to give it a shot, but I'd vote that if anything it should be made sure that it doesn't open doors for bad things to happen. I don't know enough about everything to be able to judge if strict regulations of some kind would help out with this. What do you think? |

As with similar ideas, this is a massive security vulnerability. I think it is extraordinarily dangerous.
