Ability to track channels users in Quassel.

I would like a feature to be able to "track" an IRC channel in Quassel - such that anytime any message is sent in that channel I would receive a notification, regardless of whether my nickname is highlighted or not. I should also be able to track nicknames, so that whenever they post in any of the channels I am in I will automatically receive a notification.
