Per directory favorite/important list

Sometimes I need to drag one directory onto another. There should been great to use important bar. Dragging icon by whole folderview area and wait to scroll is annoying.

In some directories I have .backup(Unix-like system, so backup is hidden) directory. I would add .backup to directory important list.
