I'm reading a Wonder Woman comic now and I thought to myslef - why can't I export single page to png/jpg and send it to my friend?

Because you can set Okular to fullscreen and press shortcut to take a screenshot from area?

What would be even better for this is if you would export the page from the document. Like what you get with PDFtools.

Well, I thought that simplicity is the key.

You can also highlight the whole page with the "selection tool" and save that to a file.

The quality of that jpg is low. I.e. if I have high quality picture and I want export whole page, I have to zoom out, select with "selction tool"and in the result I have is low quality JPG.
