I want the ability for KTimeTracker to track tasks depending on what activity you are currently in. So I can assign tasks to activities, and when I switch to it the clock will start and when I switch away the clock will stop timing. What I mean is that I want to sync it with external (web) services like toggl.com

That's good enough for most systems.
