When I type a command in Konsole that generates output, I often have to scroll up and search line by line in order to find where the output of the command begins.

I'd like commands (and its output) in Konsole to slightly alternate colors. This shouldn't erase the entire color-scheme, it should only apply to "normal" text.

You can customize the color of the command prompt for most command shells. Just do a google search for "bash color prompt" (or whichever shell you use if not the default of bash) to find articles and resources on how to do it.
