Explanation of command format tags/specifier in KEditFileTyp

Maybe put a button(color blue) besides the Browse button to pop-up a message dialog, maybe, that will list the format tags/specifier and a short description. This will greatly help the users, that they will not anymore look for what are the acceptable tags/specifiers. Usability bugs are still bugs. Report it at: https://bugs.kde.org make sure to select KEditFileType as the component.
