Currently for each KDE application we can -
- Configure Shortcuts
- Configure Toolbars

But we cannot "Configure Application Menus".

I propose there should be one more option in "Settings" for each KDE application
- Configure Menu

This will enable users to make small customizations to the applications like -
- Adding shell scripts / commands which will be executed when the particular new menu item is selected
- Performing some customized actions which are not available in the application
- Rearranging the menu as per their choice
