Sometimes, a window can resize itself, when its app wants to make it larger or smaller, without user interaction.

I admit I was tinkering with a Windows 7 box, and noticed that it does that...

still I think if KWin was to do this, it will give a more fluid look when windows automatic resize themselves....

I don't know how that will look under XLIB resizes... The window resizes are a bit laggy...
