Integrate usb_modeswitch with the Network Manager.

If vid and pid of the USB device are in /etc/usb_modeswitch.d/ or ~/.config/kusb_modeswitch/list/; Network Manager allows to switch the USB device.

Should be a script[imho writen in bash] that will check if there are devices that can switch and also switches the device.

Network Manager only run scripts.

You cannot even connect via your USB connected cellphone to the internet while your wire is plugged in (as it will automatically re-connect the wired net all the time) so I dont give that suggestion a change though.
