Quitting the virtual keyboard leads to a first and then to a second pop-up.
The virtual keyboard won't be movable any more and if positioned somewhere in the middle of the screen, is covering the second pop-up. So you might not see any more the text or the bottons of the second po-up. Then you can't click on the botton in order to quit the virtual keyboard and could get into a dead lock.

It would be better if the second pop-up would be above the virtual keyboard.
