Add option in plasmoid settings to change the icon used for that particular desktop instance

reasons:
1) if there are multiple instances of a given plasmoid they could be easily identified visually

2) in the case of paste and pastebin which use the same icon they could be differentiated

I think this should only be done on a case-by-case basis. If there is a plasmoid where you could reasonably have two of the same widget with different functions, such as quickaccess or folderview, then I think having this option is good. But if all versions of a widget behave the same, like Kate sessions or application launcher, then I don't think this option should be present.

The nightmare of that Plasmoid menu needs to be completely redesigned anyway.

This dialog is the worst part of entire KDE SC IMO and one of the biggest usability desasters I have ever seen.
I am not exaggerating.
