If there is a plasmoid where you could reasonably have two of the same widget with different functions, such as quickaccess or folderview, then I think having this option is good. But if all versions of a widget behave the same, like Kate sessions or application launcher, then I don't think this option should be present. This dialog is the worst part of entire KDE SC IMO and one of the biggest usability desasters I have ever seen. I am not exaggerating.
