Just add wall message option to notification type in systemsettings.

Use case is very extend - for multi user desktop PC.
Examples:
1) Mathew was order Konsole to do make and frees computer(lock session) to own brother. Brother will surf the web and when Konsole detects session inactivity or other think, wall message will appear to brother.
2) Mathew was order Kget to download some files, rip CDs or somethink. When tasks have been done, brother will call Mathew.
