Send message via bluetooth.

It will be greatest way to send notification. I know, that with PulseAudio I can select my mobile as audio output, but KDE4 SC don't have this option.
There's also many kind of bluetooth devices - to playing music or transfering other data, so it will be hard to create good UI in systemsettings for this.
