Some services uses navigation lists introduced to HTML5 and part of XHTML2 draft. Navigation list are introduced to navigate on service and allow to fast access to many options on page; one of vision of using it is expand user interface of browser to support some type of navigation list.

I think, that Konqueror should add menu item to each navigation list having unique ID on current tab.

It could be replacement to some KPart possibilities, while we talking about KIO.
