it would be nice to include a feedback form within any application/widget, maybe including it directly into KAboutData data structure. In this way any users could send a feedback for any specific application/widget to its author/forum/staff.

All those data could then be organized, integrated and displayed in several ways, like this forums too.

All data would be sent with metadata, for example: application name, version, platform, and so on.
User advantage is to get a quicker way to feed his/her needs to application author; while developer adavatages are a lot: they can moderate any comments(like in this forum) of their own application, data could be organized automatically(thanks to metadata), and the author can mark any feedback with tags("valid","fixed","in progress", and so on). All data can then be displayed in a whole kde-bugs-suggestions forum, like this, and can be accessed by web too.
