Improving file association configuration

davidkde Registered Member Posts 75 Karma 0 OS	Improving file association configuration Wed Mar 02, 2011 2:22 pm Here's a little idea to improve the control panel section dedicated to file association I think it would fine to add a filter by software to complete the filter by type. it would allow the user to click on a software icon and add the extension to associate with. For example, I'm ALWAYS bothered by winebrowser when I click on an hyperlink. I would be able to click on winebrowser and remove the corresponding extensions (because of course, I don't know all the extensions associated to winebrowser).
