This is a very handy option that may stay unused over the "years" for non geeky users. It is included in "Advanced...", which is a bit hidden by the fact that you also need to know that the app icon in the window decorator is in fact an icon (ask your grandma ).
I think this button should be included in the default decorator layout (at least the "always-on-top" button)
