Automatic Maximize panel

Hello, in panel setting is missing function as "Automatic Maximize panel" ..., I often change monitor (and resolution) and the panel don't maximize, I must do it manualy :(

Please add any easy function to do it ... ;)

Was fixed in 4.7.1 I think
