When composing emails in kmail and attaching photos in the email, it would be nice to have a tool that allows reducing the photo from a fairly typical large 2MiB jpeg size of a digital camera to either thumbnail or email size viewable or even full screen viewable sizes.Anything bigger just wastes email capacity and switching back to a photo editor to create a new file for what should be a fairly simple task of sending an email with some photos is cumbersome way to work. Converting from jpeg to png would be useful also or png thumbnail preview with full screen option.A tool specifically for emails it should be simple and fast to use unlike the more customizable versions in photo editors.Just click and automatically execute new size files modifying attachments in email only, not original file.

Would be great to be able to do the same in reverse, make received pictures smaller in the email.
