QQ support for Kopete

It would be nice to have Kopete support QQ IM protocol and to have instant/auto translation like it's International IM client.

Not to sounds pessimistic, but I believe Kopete development has stalled quite a bit. Work is now mainly on Telepathy. Might want to check that.
