The display control panel (or whatever element of KDE) should also probe for

eventually present touch and pen input on the device (e.g. tablet / laptop-tablet

convertible)

so that when the user rotate the screen also these inputs are rotated accordingly

without the need of additional utilities / commands external from KDE.
