I think that it will be great to have all sound controls in one icon in systray (like in gnome).
it will work similar to message indicator, but for audio.
There should be:
- main volume control scroll bar
- current music, or video aplication (amarok, vlc, dragon, kscd, smplayer, kaffeine, minitube, qmmp), running control aplet, examply for amarok: cover search bar, volume bar, standart buttons like next play stop pause back mute
- volume control scroll bar for all apps that use sound cart (like firefox<flash player>,)

and off corse all in great white monochrome icons
and it shoud be avalible not in window, but from taksbar, like when we click on sound control, or new devices notificator.

please think about it in next realises.
