Hi all !

I think our KDE browser (Konqueror, Rekonq, Dolphin) would look better if the "close tab" button disappeared when not overed, for two reasons:

• It takes space and space is worth some change -> reduce tab width or have the tab's title a bit longer
• Except if your KDE theme is crimsom red, the button often does not fit the visual theme (though the buttom is dimmed on inactive tabs, I personnaly don't like having to see this button)
