Adding Fullscreen Button next To maximize-minimize-close but

Hi, today i've had a (new?) idea, look topic, adding a fullscreen button:

next to maximize-minimize-close:

and adding-remove button with Configure Buttons, placed: Window Decoration->Configure Buttons.

Yes, this features is similar to that introduced in macosx Lion.

What do you think about that?
