Provide Pie Menus as an alternative to present context menu

I have been using my netbook a little more than usual for a while and realized that the normal right click menus are quite inconvenient to use with with a touch pad (or a small mouse).

The first comment in the above link debunks many of the reasons for not having one.

I think, a cleverly designed circular menu will be much easier to navigate than a list (in most cases)

Also, this may become more relevant with the articles I've read about improvements to krunner, about displaying application menus too.

P.S: If such a feature is already available, point me.
