[plasma] Associate application to arbitrary activities

It looks like we can assign an application either to all activities or to ONE specific activity, i think it would be better to allow users to assign an application to any subset of existing activities as they wish, which clearly makes sense. Considering the following scenario:

Konsole: programming, sys-admin
Firefox: programming, social-network
Dolphin: sys-admin, relaxation

You can already associate applications with multiple activities (use e.g. the menu when you right-click the window titlebar). Closed as Pre-existing.
