[Dolphin] Implement (color) emoji support

Working frequently with MacOS systems (and recently Windows 10 and GNOME-using distros too), it's not uncommon to encounter filenames containing emojis.
Unfortunately Dolphin does not render those symbols (or at least I was not able to let him do so).
So a good addition would be to enable such support.

What system are you using?

PS: just to check, does your Dolphin visualize correctly also the keycap emojis (the "number" emojis here)? Because if it's so I'll do a Kubuntu or Neon fresh install immediately

I use Neon Testing as main system. Yes, these emojis are processed by Dolphin correctly (screen).

Tried on a freshly installed Neon stable release (and Kubuntu 19.10) - the emojis are shown properly (except the keycap ones, but it seems it's a known and generalized bug).
