Working frequently with MacOS systems (and recently Windows 10 and GNOME-using distros too), it's not uncommon to encounter filenames containing emojis.
Unfortunately Dolphin does not render those symbols (or at least I was not able to let him do so). So a good addition would be to enable such support. |

Tried on a freshly installed Neon stable release (and Kubuntu 19.10) - the emojis are shown properly (except the keycap ones, but it seems it's a known and generalized bug).
