Hi! Thanks for the marvelous KDE project. I'd like to give a suggestion: in the Edit Applications submenu of the app launcher, when we choose to delete an entry, no confirmation dialogue is been shown. So, my suggestion is add a confirmation dialogue when deleting an menu entry. I believe that this is a good practice for any exclusion process because we can think twice and avoid deleting something by mistake.

When I try to delete an entry in the "Edit Applications" editor I get an interactive prompt asking me whether I really want to delete that entry. Works for folders and leafs.

This behavior is only happening with itens. Folders (or submenus) don't present this behavior. System:
