Folder View plasmoid: navigate by keyboard

While it's possible to set a keyboard shortcut to open Folder View, at present there is no means to scroll through the items once open. Supported behaviour should include page up/down and line-by-line scrolling (customizable to any keys, of course).

Further, it should be possible to jump to a location within the folder by typing, e.g. "h" takes you immediately to the entries beginning with "h", "hoc" takes you to the entries beginning with "hoc", etc.

Currently the idea is being discussed on the Plasma mailing list. Some patches have been already proposed and the author is working to refine them. I think it won't be long till this gets implemented.
