vivek.ap Registered Member Posts 20 Karma 0 OS	[IMPLEMENTED] [PowerDevil] Easy access to "Dim display when inactive" settings Thu Mar 26, 2009 10:53 pm Currently, to change the settings for the computer to automatically dim the display when inactive, a user has to navigate to System Settings > Advanced > Power Management > Edit Profiles. Depending on the tasks at hand, I find myself needing to change this setting quite often. Easy access to this setting, probably through the taskbar power settings, would be very useful for me. Is that what you're looking for? Problem solved? Is that what you're looking for? Not exactly - but I just realized I've been using a different (older?) battery widget in the System Tray. I can work around the dim settings issue using profiles using the battery widget, so I guess that solves my problem. Thanks though!
