Upload Plasmoid

My idea is to have a plasmoid that make the user able to upload something via ftp/webdav to a pre-configure service notifying the % of the uploaded file. Once the file is uploaded the plasmoid should give back the user an URL to copy (to include in forums etc.) and even the possibility to start writing a new mail (maybe showing the kmail icon) which already contains the link to the file just uploaded.

I think this is done by Pastebin plasmoid.
But there's also an Drop to FTP plasmoid.

Drop to FTP can be accomplished using folder view and KIO.
