[IMPLEMENTED] Dolphin double click

It's necesary (for me) that dolphin has the double click option like nautilus, so i select a file with a single click because it's faster than select by moving the mouse. thanks!

Dolphin follows the KDE wide settings, which ensure consistency across KDE applications. System Settings > Keyboard & Mouse > Mouse > General > Icons > Double click to open.
