[Plasma] Merge show desktop and pager plasmoids

Idea is simple.
Actual situation is: diffrent plasmoid to switch dekstops and diffrent plasmoid to show desktop. I propose solution. When you click on a pager plasmoid element, on the inactive desktop recangle, you switch as normal to selected desktop. But, if you click on pager plasmoid, on rectangle representing active desktop, then desktop is shown as the "show desktop" plasmoid would be clicked.

This is already implemented in trunk. In fact it gives you the option to do nothing, show the desktop, or show the dashboard (just the applets on the desktop).
