When using transparency on the edge of the window the text of title is also transparent, making poor use of the system, it would be good to make the border transparent while sources without transparency and if possible with a blur behind.

I'm sorry to inform you that your idea doesn't reach the requirements of an actual idea. That mostly because of the vagueness of the idea.
I suspect that you used a translation tool to help you with writing ideas.

If you can please re-write them somehow, that would be great.

Using transparency in KDE4 windows edge of the entire border is transparent, including the title, making illegible the name of the window.

It is important to read the window title, so that subjects are created beautiful and functional.

For that we should not make transparent the sources.

It is good also create an edge of high contrast for readability, similar to what happens with the names of icons on the Desktop.

That's better, I'll approve it as an idea. Thanks for your input.

Just passing the mouse several folders were opened up and got a file in various subfolders without having to click or open the dolphin, clean, fast and easy.

It is a very pleasant way of viewing and has been implemented on the desktop, I just want it to be included the option of using it also in the bar KDE
