I think plasma has developed a standard for its themes that makes it quite easy to develop own themes that look nice...

Kwin Decorator is much more harder to work on...

I am looking forward to a kwin decorator solution that is in a way similar to the plasma theme standard.... make it easy to include new graphical designs.

That there is a really huge demand to such is solution can be seen on compiz/emerlad I think...

When you look at kde-look there are just at the moment more than 200 emerald styles, despite they are in a way a little useless for kde people...

So on conclusion I think there are 2 different ways to go:

1.) Make kwin able to use emerald as decorator
2.) Make kwins decorator themable in an easy way.. maybe somehow like plasma is themed...
