One feature I like from several firefox extensions is the ability to block all flash animations. The blocking is not permanent, the flash animations are replaced with a box with a "play" button. When the play button is pressed, the flash animation is loaded and begins. This allows you to block most flash, which I find an annoyance, but allow those few animations that you want. This would probably also require at least a whitelist, or better yet the option to use a blacklist (block only these sites) or whitelist (block everything but these sites).

You mean, like, Settings --> Configure Konqueror --> Plugins --> Load plugins on demand only?
