Hi,
I have not used KDE for a while, so let me know if this has already been implemented. I just got a mac, and I like the productivity increase of not having to know which workspace an application is in. I just click on the application icon in the dock, and if an application is already open, it takes me to the workspace that application is on, and brings it to the front. There is also a little "light" under every application icon, indicating whether that application is already up and running. In KDE, clicking on an application icon in a panel just launches the app again. I understand that this would not be ideal for all KDE users, so this could be configurable in the panel options. tia, rouble

There are already at least 2 projects to make a Mac-style dock: Daisy and Fancy Tasks
