[Systemsettings] System-Plugins

Hi!

There could be a infra-structure for useful plugins in the systemsettings. For example on plugin could integrate Yast2, another one QSynaptics or Sax2.

I like it very much, but:

Yast2 has got a start button in the Factory-Tree of openSUSE, but it starts it's own window.
And isn't that part of the Yast2-developers (or of the QSynaptics-, Sax2-developers)?

This is already possible actually. All that needs to be done is for a small modification to core/ModuleView.cpp by the distribution to support adding their own modules directly inside System Settings.

An alternate method would involve a KCModule that acts in a similar method to the Python based ones, and loads a certain module depending on a variable in the *.desktop file being loaded.
