Allways shown tab bar

Hello.
I used Opera for a while and back to Konqueror, I felt like the tab bar not being shown was making me lose a lot of time. People use to have more than one web page opened at the same time, so I suppose it does not change anything for the screen space, it just make things faster to start. |

This option is in Konqueror (KDE 4.3.1) already:
Settings -> Configure Konqueror -> Hide the tab bar when only one tab is open.
