All new windows centered by default

New app windows, message boxes, file dialogs etc always open in the center of workplace.

System Settings -> Window Behavior -> Advanced -> Placement: Centered.

Pre-existing, yes, but I for one would like that behavior being the default. Maybe it's just me and the people I've watched are exceptions, but I have yet to find someone who thinks the smart behavior to be smart...bloody annoying is the most common reaction actually... Easy to change for sure, but first impressions do have a tendency to last.
