I have some seen some points in the user interface where kde can add even more eye candy.
1.Design the Add Widgets Dialogue so that it looks like a plasma widget.

These are just my ideas for better looks. Keep up with the good work !.

First of all, we have one suggestion per idea policy.
So you have to break down your idea so it will propose just one suggestion to improve KDE.
I think 1 was proposed already (or maybe it was proposed on KDElook).
2. and 3. look like viable ideas, but I have to check if they aren't duplicates.
4.: Isn't Air transparent enough? If not I'll try to port my Bare Naked theme to KDE4.3. You can't get more transparent than that .
5:Please describe more in detail what do you mean by theme manager.
Do you mean plasma theme, Kwin theme, widget theme or colour theme?
Plasma themes are already simple to install, so are colour themes.
Kwin and widget themes are managed by your distro of choice.

Hope you'll rework your idea so it meets the standards.
(I would advise you to post to ideas one with 2 and 3 merged so they aren't two separate solution but one.
And 5 (again I would check, as I think it's a duplicate).)
