kde tabs

there are very uncomfortable. open & close tab buttons too far from the tabs. i suggest new interface like that:

i mean all kde apps. and switching between interfaces globally. because a lot of kde apps using default interface. sorry for my english

Can you name specific applications that do not have this functionality?

akregator, konversation, krusader, ktorrent for example. in konqueror i can't remove "new tab" and "close tab" buttons. and i think, these functions must switch globally, not for each application manually
