Suppose I understood an idea wrong and, then, voted it down.

But, after a while, I realize I was wrong.

Why can't I change my vote?

Unfortunately the Brainstorm software does not support changing your vote at this time.

Actually it's been implemented for some time - just click on another vote option. Moved to Pre-existing.
