they should be showed by the "i" of system tray and on the calendar of digital clock on the panel (as the others holidays).

This is already done - albeit not in the most obvious way. You need to add "Birthdays & Anniversaries" resource into Akonadi, that will automatically create events from your contact's birthdays and display them both in KOrganizer (reminders included) and in the Plasma Calendar applet :)

Hi all,

I have Birthdays and Anniversaries activated in System Settings/Personal Information (as I guess this is what Aknoadi is ... maybe I'm wrong) and the birthdays are not showing through from Contacts to Calendars in any applications. Is there something else I need to be doing?
