Combination of the Desktop Grid and Preset Windows effects

The idea comes from GNOME Shell: have a desktop effect to facilitate moving windows between vitrual desktops. The Desktop Grid effect can be used to that but since windows cover each other it is not perfect for that task.

I propose a KWin effect which shows the virtual desktops like Desktop Grid but with Present Windows applied to each.
