Use scrolling to zoom in mandelbrot wallpaper

Currently it uses dragging the MMB in the mandelbrot wallpaper to zoom in and out - I think it would be a lot more intuitive if one would simply scroll instead - and also easier for people to discover this feature.

Scrolling on desktops is however also used to switch desktop, so to prevent a clash scrolling can be used to zoom in and out, but when the wallpaper is "locked", it will be used to switch desktop.
