Allow right click to get to desktop settings on mandelbrot

In the mandelbrot wallpaper you cannot right click in order to get to the desktop setting or indeed any other desktop menu option. A workaround is to have a plasmoid and go through their right click menu. However it would be much better for this to work on the wallpaper itself.

With KDE 4.3, you definitely can. So if you can't in KDE 4.4, that's a regression. Since nothing (AFAIK) changed in Mandelbrot, that would be a behavior change in Plasma itself breaking it ----> report to Plasma devs.

Fixed in trunk and in the 4.4 branch (will appear in 4.4.2).
This was actually a bug on my side and it was only by chance that it worked with KDE 4.3.
